Terms of service
- It is the client’s responsibility to obtain sufficient insurance cover for his/her bike while left in the custody of I like the way U move Bicycle Logistics.
- I Like the Way U Move Bicycle Logistics is committed to exercising the utmost care in the transportation of bicycles to and from cycling events throughout South Africa.
- While every reasonable precaution is taken to ensure the safe handling and transport of bicycles and related equipment, I Like the Way U Move Bicycle Logistics, its employees, agents, and partners shall not be held liable for any loss, damage, theft, claim, cost, or expense arising directly or indirectly from any act or omission on their part, including negligence, except to the extent that such liability cannot be excluded in terms of the Consumer Protection Act.

Furthermore, I Like the Way U Move Bicycle Logistics shall not be liable for any loss, damage, delay, or claim resulting from circumstances beyond its reasonable control. Such circumstances include, but are not limited to, war, strikes, riots, criminal acts, civil unrest, adverse weather conditions, flooding, earthquakes, or other force majeure events commonly referred to as acts of God.

Clients acknowledge that I Like the Way U Move Bicycle Logistics does not provide insurance cover for bicycles or related equipment. Customers are solely responsible for arranging adequate insurance cover for their bicycles and accessories during transportation and while attending events.
