Refund policy
Event Cancellation by Race Organisers
- Should an event be cancelled by the race organisers, clients will be entitled to a 100% refund of the transport fee.
Event Postponement
- If an event is postponed to a later date within the same calendar year, the original booking will remain valid, providing I Like the Way U Move Bicycle Logistics continues to offer transport for the revised event date. Clients may alternatively elect to cancel their booking, in which case the standard cancellation terms below will apply.

If an event is postponed to the following year, the transport booking will be cancelled automatically, and the client will be entitled to a full refund. Clients are welcome to make a new booking for the rescheduled event.
Client Cancellations
- Cancellations received more than 30 days prior to the event date will qualify for a full refund.
- Cancellations received between 10 and 30 days prior to the event date will qualify for a 50% refund.
- Cancellations received less than 10 days prior to the event date will not qualify for a refund.
Cancellation by I Like the Way U Move Bicycle Logistics
- I Like the Way U Move Bicycle Logistics reserves the right to cancel bicycle transportation services up to 30 days prior to the event date. In such cases, clients will receive a full refund.
- I Like the Way U Move Bicycle Logistics shall not be liable for any additional costs, expenses, or consequential damages incurred by the client.
Transfer of Bookings
- Transport bookings may be transferred to another client, provided the transfer applies to the same event, same date and the same bicycle category. Any additional charges resulting from differences in bicycle type or transport requirements will be for the account of the client.
